By using the Dayivo mobile application and the dayivo.com services, you accept the following terms of use. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Dayivo is a mobile application for personal life management. Users can:
- Track expenses and income
- Create and track habits
- Log their water consumption
- Keep daily notes
- Optionally upgrade to a Premium subscription to benefit from features such as cloud sync
2. Account Creation
- You must be over 13 years of age
- You must provide an accurate and up-to-date email address
- Keeping your password safe is your responsibility
- You must not share your account with anyone else
3. Rules of Use
The following are prohibited:
- Misusing the application (spam, bots, unauthorized access)
- Harming other users' accounts
- Attempting to exceed the rate limit
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code
- Using the application for unlawful purposes
4. Premium Subscription
- Premium features are purchased through Google Play Billing
- Monthly or yearly billing (depending on your choice)
- Auto-renewal is active (can be turned off from your Google Play account)
- After cancellation, Premium remains active until the end of the current period
- The refund policy is subject to Google Play rules
5. Data and Privacy
Your data is processed within the framework of our Privacy Policy. In summary:
- Most of your data stays on your device
- Cloud backup is optional and is encrypted
- You can delete your account at any time
6. Disclaimer
- Dayivo is not financial advice. Do not base your investment or budget decisions solely on this application
- It is not health advice. Water goals or habit suggestions vary from person to person; consult your doctor
- The application is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it is 100% error-free
- Dayivo accepts no liability for situations such as service interruptions or data loss (circumstances beyond technical capability)
7. Intellectual Property
The Dayivo brand, logo, character design, application content and code belong to Dayivo. Copying, derivation and distribution without prior written permission are prohibited.
8. Account Termination
- You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account)
- If you violate the terms of use, your account may be suspended or deleted
- When an account is deleted, all of your data is permanently deleted within 30 days
9. Changes
We may update the terms of use from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continuing to use the application after an update means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes.
